Dr. Candice Boyer, DO, MBA
Medical Director & Osteopathic Physician
I grew up in Delaware County Pennsylvania and went to Ursinus College, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree. I have been practicing Osteopathic Medicine since 2009. I started off with a table, a stool, and a cell phone doing house-calls in Lancaster County within the Amish Community. I learned quickly that I had just as much to learn from my patients’ as I had to teach them.
I love to empower people with knowledge. It is one of my joys in life to see people, whether a patient, osteopathic resident or my kids, light up with new information. I love to connect the dots for people so that they can become empowered to make great choices for their health.
In addition to my clinical practice, I teach internationally. I teach physicians in other countries how to treat pregnant and postpartum mothers osteopathically.
My Husband, Brad, have 4 amazing kids. We pretend to homestead on one acre and love teaching our kids about real food: where it comes from, how to grow, cook and preserve it. We are passionate about teaching them that real food is the foundation of real health. I also enjoy reading, studying and anything outside: hiking, gardening, and the beach.
