Toxin Management put simply is limiting the toxins we put in our bodies and mazimizing our bodies ability to get rid of them. We need to limit what toxins, whether they are physical toxins, like what we put on or in our bodies, or emotional toxins, stress toxins and spiritual toxins. We also need to maximize our bodies ability to get rid of toxins. It is a lifelong tension to manage. Toxin Management is one of the four pillars of Real Health. As Integrative Health practitioners, we offer education and knowledge as well as professional detox support.
Some of my patients have seen many physician and non-physician practitioners. They have tried many tests and supplements. I have been treating patient for a long time.
